Nestled on the banks of the Tungabhadra River in the eastern part of central Karnataka lies the ancient Sri Hanuman temple at Hampi, southern India. This mystical place which once was the epicentre of the Virupaksha empire is the scene for the recordings captured in the sounds of this new track…

Over the course of five days, Sun Shanty captured a number of recordings of café sounds, the bustling lanes of the bazaar which no longer stands there, the native birds, busy tuc-tucs and improvised percussion on the streets of this truly remarkable place.
Accompanied by a fabulous remix by PurpleAndroid, these are the last single releases to go towards the debut album!
